Please read these terms carefully before using the bottomlire platform. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you and bottomlire Inc.
By accessing or using bottomlire's platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
bottomlire provides API key auditing, lifecycle management, and security monitoring tools delivered as a software-as-a-service platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes, which are your responsibility. We use PCI-compliant third-party processors; we do not store your full payment card details.
Free trials are available to new customers only and limited to one per organization. At the end of a trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.
All software, algorithms, documentation, and trademarks comprising the bottomlire platform are the exclusive property of bottomlire Inc. and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes only.
You retain full ownership of any API key metadata, audit logs, and configuration data you upload or generate within the platform. We process your data solely to deliver the service and as described in our Privacy Policy, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
You may not use bottomlire to violate any law, infringe third-party rights, reverse-engineer the platform, distribute malware, or conduct unauthorized penetration testing on systems you do not own. Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate account termination and legal action.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. bottomlire does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bottomlire's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the service shall not exceed the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for material breach of these terms, non-payment, or activity that poses a security risk. Upon termination, your right to access the service ceases and we will delete your data per our data retention policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these terms from time to time and will notify you via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
